Thanda Thanda Cool Cool

Apple Pudding:

Ingredients:
3 apples 
1 cup Cream
3 tbsp Sugar
½ tbsp Vanilla Essence
1 biscuit packet (Krackjack or Marie)
Dry fruits for decoration

Method:
Powder Marie/Krackjack biscuits in a mixer/grinder. Peel, core and chop apples. Add sugar and vanilla essence and puree in a blender. In a bowl, layer biscuit powder, spread apple sauce evenly, and then sprinkle another layer of biscuit powder. Spread cream evenly on top. Repeat the process to make 2-3 layers. Sprinkle biscuit powder as the top layer and decorate with dry fruits. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours.


Kulfi

Ingredients: 
1 tin condensed milk
1 tin evaporated milk
1 8oz Cool Whip whipping cream (found in the ice creams section at the store)
4 bread slices
Cashew powder for taste
Cardamom powder for taste
Pistachio powder (optional)

Method:
Trim the edges of bread slices and powder in a mixer-grinder. Blend condensed milk, evaporated milk, whipping cream and beat until it mixes well. Then add bread powder, cashew powder, cardamom powder and freeze. You could sprinkle pistachio powder, for a nice color on top.

Watermelon Juice

Ingredients: 
Watermelon
Sugar to taste

Method:
Scoop watermelon. Remove seeds. Cut into small pieces and blend. You may add sugar to taste. Enjoy your cool and healthy summer drink!
