From a familiar face on the big screen in Bollywood, to an international ambassador for “Save The Children”, Suniel Shetty made a rare U.S. appearance, as a guest of Rado- the eternal Swiss watch. On Sunday, December 19th, 2004 Shetty visited Moonlite Jewelers in Jackson Heights, New York.

Rado, the prestigious Swiss watchmaker whose timepieces remain as eternal as diamonds, hosted Shetty at one of the most prominent retailers in New York, Moonlite Jeweler’s (73-15 Broadway, Jackson Heights, New York). Shetty made his appearance from 2:00-4:00 PM. Upon his arrival he launched a new model, exclusive to Moonlite Jewelers , the “Original Moonlite Special”. 

Suniel Shetty, is one of the leading movie stars of the Indian Film Industry, and has appeared in more than 50 films. Besides acting, Shetty is a successful entrepreneur, a wonderful husband and father of two. Shetty not only launched the “Original Moonlite Exclusive”, but also met and signed autographs with over 500 of Moonlite’s VIP customers. 

Moonlite Jeweler’s, a partner of Rado for 20 years has been in business since 1985. It was one of the first accounts in the U.S. to launch Rado watches and is still, to this date, the only authorized Rado dealer in Jackson Heights. According to owner Saeed , “Rado is one of our bestsellers. Its unique design and materials keep our customers coming back for more.
