Arun Misra Recognized as Guardian Hero

Atlanta, GA: Arun Misra, Ph.D. was recognized as Guardian Hero, at the Leaders Club Convention of Guardian Insurance Company at Orlando on May 7, 2013. Arun was presented the Executive Committee Cup as the Top Winner of the award. Guardian also paid $10,000 to Misra Foundation, a Charitable organization, which  is managed by T. Rowe Price Program for Charitable Giving, Baltimore, MD.

The funds will be utilized to support the activities of the  following Organizations : MDRT, NAIFA, SFSP, Samskrita Bharati, Link Media, Himalayan Academy, PBS, NPR,  MOCFA, North American Gurukul etc.

Arun worked in the Insurance Industry, between 1985-2005, qualifying for numerous awards and prizes. He retired in 2005, after attending the Million Dollar Round Table in New Orleans, a week before Katrina.

Between  2006 and 2010, Arun worked for the Real Estate Industry, both Residential and Commercial, and qualified  as Million Dollar Producer.

In 2011, Arun joined Guardian Insurance at Peachtree Planning North at Johns Creek. He qualified for Million Dollar Round Table for the years 2012 and 2013, as well as for the Leaders Club of Guardian for both these years. Arun also recruited six agents in the last two years for Guardian, hence awarded the title of Guardian Hero.

In a press note, Arun acknowledged the help of  his supervisors and colleagues at Guardian, Atlanta : Bob Mathis, Al Robertson, Chris Alexander, Joey Langford, and Dawn Litras.  Arun is indebted to the officers at Guardian, New York : Don Sullivan, Scot Rich, Eric Studley, John Lentz, Doudley Fanfan and Amber Hancock.

“The support from my esteemed clients from the Indian community, too many to mention, is much appreciated,” he added.
