1 Cup coarsely ground frozen mixed vegetables (peas, corn, carrots and beans)
2 Medium boiled potatoes
1 Tbsp chat masala
1 Tbsp garam masala
1 Medium finely chopped red onion
2 Chopped green chili peppers
½ Cup chopped cilantro (coriander leaves)
2 Slices bread soaked in water
1 tsp Salt to taste
½ Cup Cream of wheat (Suji)
½ Cup cooking oil
Mix all of the ingredients together except for the oil and cream
Make small balls from the mixture.
Flatten the balls into an oval shape.
Roll in cream of wheat for coating.
Heat griddle on medium heat. Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil
Arrange cutlets in the pan
Cook until one side becomes brown then turn it over to cook the other side
(sprinkle oil as needed)
Serve with Mint chutney or tamarind chutney.
