Coffee Freeze

Ingredients:

1 cup cold strong coffee
1 tbsp instant cocoa
¼ tsp powdered cinnamon
1 to 2 tbsp sugar
½ cup cream
1 cup ice cubes

Method:
Put all in the jar of your blender and pulse until all the ice is blended. Pour into tall chilled glasses. Serve immediately. You can add a shot of brandy if desired.


Coffee Latte Shake

Ingredients:
1 cup coffee, strong and cold
1 cup cold milk
10 ice cubes
1/3 pkg of instant pudding mix (chocolate)
2 tbs cocoa powder
Hazelnut creamer, to taste
Sugar, to taste

Method:
Combine everything in a blender, and blend until ice is crushed and shake is thick.

Coffee Soda

Ingredients:
1/4 cup instant coffee
3 cups cold water
1/2 cup fat-free half-and-half or fat- free milk
2 tbsp. sugar or sweetener
7 tbsp. frozen Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping
3-1/2 cups cold club soda

Method:
Mix coffee granules and water in 2-quart pitcher until coffee is dissolved. Stir in half-and-half and sugar. Place 1 tbsp. of the frozen whipped topping in each of 8 tall glasses. Add 1/2 cup each of the coffee mixture and club soda to each glass; stir. Serve each with a long spoon and straw. 

Irish Coffee

Ingredients:
1 measure (3 cl) of Irish Whiskey
1 teaspoon of raw sugar
1 heaped dessertspoon of whipped cream
1 cup hot strong coffee

Method:
Pre-warm a stemmed glass. Add the whiskey. Add the sugar and stir in the coffee. Float the whipped cream on top.


Chocolaty Coffee

Ingredients:
2 (1oz.) squares Unsweetened Chocolate
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup strong coffee, double-strength
2 1/2 cups Hot Milk
1 1/2 cup any cola, chilled
Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream

Method:
In the top of a double-boiler over hot water, melt the chocolate squares. Stir in the sugar. Gradually stir in hot coffee, mixing thoroughly. Add the milk and continue cooking until all particles of the chocolate are dissolved and the mixture is smooth, about 10 minutes. Pour into a jar, cover and chill. When ready to serve, stir in the chilled cola. Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses. For a beverage, top with whipped cream. For a dessert, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
